How long will my home inspection take?

Typically, between two and four hours, depending on the age, size, condition, and accessibility of the home.

Must I be present?

While you need not be present during the entire inspection process, we do prefer that you do make some time in your schedule to be with us.  This allows us the opportunity to point out location of controls, (such as the main water shut-off valve, for example), explain important safety information, and any items to help familiarize you with your home.
